  • Do I need my license plate number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
    Yes, If you no longer have the license plate please contact us or come by the wash for assistance.
  • I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
    Please visit the wash location to transfer your membership to a new vehicle.
  • Can I change my plan type online?
    Yes, just select Change Plan from the Manage My Membership menu.
  • How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
    Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time.
  • Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
    No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
  • The form is saying it can't find my membership, what could be wrong?
    Your license plate number must be entered with the state code in order to be recognized by our system. For example: If your license plate number is ABC 1234 and was issued by the state of Texas you should enter ABC1234-TX into the form.
  • Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
    Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request. What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request? What if I want to reactivate my membership?
  • What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
    You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
