Yes! Shammy’s Wash Club members can add additional vehicles to their account at a reduced rate through our Family Plan. Each added car gets the same great wash, full access to our amenities, and the ability to wash whenever they want — all for less than paying individually. Your membership is billed on the same calendar day each month that you originally signed up. For example, if you joined on the 10th, your next billing date will be the 10th of each following month. You can view and manage your billing details anytime at shammyscarwash.com/manage-my-plan.

Great question! Pausing your plan is almost always the better option if you think you might return in the future. When you pause, you keep your current rate, plan type, and account info locked in—and you won’t be billed while it’s paused. It’s a quick, flexible way to take a break without starting from scratch later.
Canceling, on the other hand, ends your membership completely. If you come back later, you may lose your current pricing and any special offers tied to your original account.
So if you're unsure, pause it! That way, you keep your benefits and can resume washing whenever you're ready.

When you cancel your Shammy’s Plan, your membership stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you’ll no longer have access to the convenience and savings of washing whenever you want at member pricing. Keep in mind—if you rejoin later, you may not be able to lock in the same great rate or perks. If you're unsure, you can always pause or transfer your plan instead of cancelling. No problem at all! If you change your mind after submitting a cancellation request, just reach out to us before your billing cycle ends and we can easily reverse it to keep your plan active. If your plan has already ended, you’re always welcome to rejoin—though keep in mind, your original pricing or perks may not be available again. If you're on the fence, pausing your plan is a great way to keep your benefits without losing your spot!

Mismatched Information – The phone number or license plate you’re entering might not match what we have on file. Double-check for typos or use the phone number you provided when signing up.
Inactive or Cancelled Plan – If your membership was cancelled or has expired, it may no longer be searchable in our system.
System Delay or Glitch – Occasionally, a brief delay in syncing your info can cause a mismatch.

Shammy’s plans are prepaid on a monthly basis, so when you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. While we don’t offer refunds for partial months or unused time, you’ll still be able to wash whenever you want through the remainder of your billing period. If you have any questions or think there was an issue with your billing, just reach out—we’re here to help.

Once you submit your cancellation request through our Manage My Plan page, your plan will remain active until your next billing date. Please note: cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your billing date to ensure processing before your next charge. You’ll continue to enjoy all benefits until your plan officially ends, and confirmation will be sent by email.

Yes! You can easily change your plan type by visiting our Manage My Plan page. Whether you’d like to upgrade for more features or switch to a different option that better fits your needs, you’re in control. Changes take effect immediately, and you’ll see the new pricing reflected on your next billing cycle.

You can transfer your plan to your new vehicle quickly and easily online. Just visit our Manage My Plan page and select the “Transfer My Plan” option. You’ll be able to enter your new vehicle’s details, and we’ll update your membership. It only takes a minute, and you’ll be back to washing when you want in no time!

Yes, you’ll need your license plate number to access and manage your account. This helps us verify your membership and ensure your request is tied to the correct vehicle. Whether you're canceling, updating your payment info, or transferring your plan, having your license plate ready will make the process quick and easy.
